The word ‘celebrity’ has been used to describe someone who is famous for their work in film, television, music or sports. (See the category of sport). But the term has also been used to describe people who are famous because of their notoriety or fame.
Celebrities (see the search results for celebrities) are often hated for a variety of reasons. Some people might hate them because they have done something that is against their beliefs. Other people may hate them just because they don’t like that particular celebrity’s personality.
This list is not exhaustive. Every year it seems like someone new comes out of nowhere to be the most hated celebrity.
There is no doubt that these stars have made a lot of money off their notoriety. But they must also know how much it sucks to be the most hated celebrity in the world.
It is difficult to know who are the celebrities on this list because there are so many people who have become famous for all the wrong reasons. One cannot deny that some of these celebrities may deserve more attention than others and that could be why they make this list.
