The Cleveland Cavaliers is a professional basketball team in the Eastern Conference of the National Basketball Association. (Follow NBA on Instagram). The team’s origins date back to 1970 when they were founded as an expansion team.

There are many factors that account for making a player great. One of them is the number of championships won by the player at some point in their career. Some players are considered as great even if they never won a championship, but this doesn’t seem to be right because it doesn’t really matter how good you are if you don’t win anything.

Growing up in Akron, Lebron James was an avid basketball player on his high school team. After being drafted as the first pick of the 2003 NBA Draft by Cleveland, he became one of their brightest stars. He went on to lead them to their first ever national championship title in 2016 and is currently still playing with them today.
